Christmas EVE!!!

Sugar cookies, playing with friends and cousins, lunch at Oreganos, bike-riding as a fam to the park to play, unwrapping cousin and Grandparent gifts sent from Utah, and having dinner and spending the evening at Grandma and Grandpa Dover's all made for a very special Christmas Eve day!

The cookies were definitely on the ghetto fabulous side- we let the kiddos do whatever they wanted with them! (Santa surprised cousins Brescia, Marcus, and JJ with a Disney Cruise a few weeks before Christmas and they brought home a Mickey cookie cutter we used- the kids loved it.)

Oregano's is the best place for kiddos- they give the kids pizza dough and pans to play with while they wait and they had a fun small grassy area outside for some games of Duck Duck Goose, etc while the dads were finishing up the yummy pazookies and paying the bill! When I asked the kids to poise for a pic they ended up in a big pile- giggling and wrestling! We LOVE our cousins!

Ger estimates his mom has had this Santa beard and hat for around 30 years! He wore it when he was little! (I will have to track down the pic of Ger wearing it and post the two pics side by side!) We did our traditional Sugar Plum Tree at Grandma and Grandpas, which the kiddos always love...

Woah. The kiddos were SPOILED rotten by Grandma and Grandpa Hallows, Great Grandma and Grandpa Hallows, Great Grandpa and Grandma Davis, Grandma and Grandpa Dover, and cousins Lola, Brady, Sammy, The Parrishs, and The Veigels! Thanks SOOO much for the fabulous gifts! After some carolers we finally got the kiddos settled down and tucked into bed.
