(I know we are late on the band wagon to carve pumpkins... but it's still mid-90's here so our pumpkins only survive a few days! We have to do it the week of Halloween so they still look great on Halloween night. Last year we didn't know this.. our pumpkins were melted- literally in a puddle- within days... weeks before Halloween... and molded to the ground!)
