Finger Lickin' Good Ribs

This are the yummiest ribs you'll ever have. Seriously. One of our favorite summer recipes!
You can make the sauces below OR subsitute your favorite sauce to make them much easier and faster. We love Sweet Baby Ray's Original Bbq Sauce... And I buy my ribs at Costco- they are meaty and thick, not overly fatty, and reasonably priced.
Tony Roma’s Baby Back Ribs
Tear off aluminum pieces that are roughly 6 inches longer than each rack of ribs. Coat ribs, front and back, with your choice of barbecue sauce. Place rack of ribs, one at a time, onto a piece of foil lengthwise and wrap tightly. I let ribs marinate all day or overnight in sauce, but if you don't have time you can wrap and cook immediately.
Preheat oven to 300. Place ribs into oven with the seam of tinfoil facing up. Cook for 2-2 ½ hours until you see the meat shrinking back from cut ends of the bones. This long cooking time will ensure that the meat will be very tender and fall off the bone. (You may need to cook longer if you are doing a lot of ribs- my cooking time is generally around 3 hours.) Heat grill. Remove ribs from foil and smother them with addition barbecue sauce. Reserve sauce for later. Grill the ribs on the hot barbecue for 2-4 min per side. (Just to get grill marks and smoky flavor!) Serve immediately!

Original Barbecue Sauce
1 c ketchup
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 c vinegar
¼ tsp onion powder
½ c dark corn syrup
¼ tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
2 tsps sugar
½ tsp salt

OR

Carolina Honeys Barbecue Sauce
1 c ketchup
½ tsp salt
1 c vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ c molasses
¼ tsp onion powder
½ c honey
¼ tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
4 pounds pork baby back ribs

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan on high. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients until smooth. When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered, 30-45 minutes, till mixture thickens, remove from heat. If too thick, thin with more vinegar.
