What the Kiddos have been Up to!

Kind of a random post with some pics from the last week of our life! ;-)
Gymnastics twice a week still and loving it... Sydney can do the splits now and Mia can do a back bend/walk over. They are amazingly strong and flexible and learning a lot. Mia is hilarious because she can be so silly there and have a hard time focusing... Sydney works so hard that if she doesn't do something perfect she is in tears. The owner/coach just laughs at the differences in their personalities!
My mom sent us a fun care package with everything from treats and a book for me, to baby clothes and crafts for the kids. They love these Bendaroos and made lots of fun creations with them. Sydney is really good at following directions and made this adorable monkey! If your kiddos haven't tried them, you should really check them out. You can shape everything from animals to letters or numbers... no mess... and lots of creations can be made no matter what age. Thanks Grandma!
Sydney is such a sweet & fun sister and had the idea send Mia and Colby on a scavenger hunt! I was so impressed at how well she had did it all by herself... Really fun clues, outside and inside, and just all over fun! The prize was one of their favorite treats... Fun Dip!
School, school, and more school. It's always fun to see their outfits when they come upstairs every morning for school! They have similar tastes in some ways but definitely their own style overall.
Their school sponsored a Phoenix Suns Night and they had a BLAST! They didn't want to leave. They love the kids play center there too and Ger even spoiled them with a few treats. Brescia went with them instead of me and I wish she had been in the pic- they LOVE her to death and were so excited that she was able to come along.
Mia is still LOVING soccer! She has scored every game for the last while and is getting better and better at dribbling and kicking and even passing. Colby opted out for soccer this season and is starting up T-ball Saturday! That is always so entertaining with the boys just learning the game so I am sure to post pics on that. ;-)

And despite Mia also doing piano and sewing with Grandma Dover and Sydney also doing sewing with Grandma Dover... playing with friends... helping make dinner once a week... going to the library when we can... bike riding and playing at the park... homework every night... etc. Mia is still begging to add dance to her schedule. BAH!
