Valentines Brownie Bites

I made these yummy treats last year for Valentines...

And they were so yummy we made them again last week! Just make a regular brownie recipe on 1/2 a sheet cake pan... Allow to cool... (can also refrigerate and then cut if your brownies are just not coming out) Grease cookie cutter... Cut out shapes...

And frost however you'd like! My pics were taken on our smaller camera so they aren't great but you get the idea. My shortcut/money saving tip is to use sandwich bags for frosting bags as you can see in the above pic. So easy and cheap and you just throw it away when you are done!

Your child would even love to see their name on one! I prefer a lot of frosting... some prefer a little frosting. A good mix of both looks great on a dessert plate.

A fun vday gift for a friend or neighbor is a kit to make their own brownie bites! A brownie mix, sprinkles, and cookie cutters. You could even include pre-made frosting...

And a great gift is a big plate of brownie bites... on a plate with red napkins... wrapped in cellophane... tied with lots of cute ribbons... with a sweet note attached! If you have any sweets or treat ideas let me know!
